JACKSON III Thomas Y. 93, of Lincoln, died Wednesday March

 

11, 2009 at Grandview Nursing Home. He was the husband of the

 

late Beryl H. (Crawley) Jackson. He was born in Lincoln, a son of

 

the late Thomas Y. Jackson Jr. and Harriet (Morris) Jackson. He

 

was employed by the U.S. Postal Service as a rural carries for 28

 

years until his retirement in 1976. Mr. Jackson was a member of

 

Limerock Baptist Church and Past Master of Mt. Moriah Lodge #8

 

F. & A.M. He is survived by 2 sons Raymond N. Jackson of Lincoln

 

and Jay T. Jackson of Lincoln. 1 brother Gordon Jackson of

 

Lincoln. 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Brother of the

 

late Norman, Albert, Robert and Ramona Jackson and Sarah

 

Shorter. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 am in the

 

Merrick R. Williams Funeral Home 530 Smithfield Ave. Pawtucket.

 

Calling hours on Friday from 4-8 pm, with a Masonic ritual at 7:15

 

pm. Burial with Military Honors will be in Highland Memorial Park
