Maria C. "Tinina" Gomes, 81, of Kennedy Drive, North Providence

 

died Saturday at home. Miss Gomes was born in Fogo, Cape

 

Verde, a daughter of the late Tomazia Gomes. She came to this

 

country 2 years ago settling in Dorchester, MA. She is survived by

 

1 son Joao J. Gomes of N. Prov. Many brothers and sisters. 3

 

grandchildren and 3 great-grand children. A funeral service will be

 

held Wednesday at 9am from the Merrick R. Williams Funeral

 

Home 530 Smithfield Ave. Pawtucket with a Mass of Christian

 

Burial at 10am in St. Anthony's Church 32 Lawn Ave. Pawtucket.

 

Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery Prov. Calling hours Tuesday

 

5-9 pm.
