Manuel F. Goncalves, 62, of Chandler Ave., died Saturday at

 

Miriam Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of Maria A.

 

(Oliveira) Goncalves. Mr. Goncalves was born in Brava, Cape

 

Verde, a son of the late Pedro J. Goncalves and the late Floripes

 

(Goncalves) Roderick. He came to this country 31 years ago

 

settling in Pawtucket. He was employed by Imperial Deltah, Inc.

 

of East Providence where he did jewelry casting for over 15 years.

 

Besides his wife, he is survived by 3 sons Pedro Goncalves of

 

Pawt., Joao Goncalves of Pawt., and Steven Goncalves of North

 

Providence. 1 daughter Beatrice Goncalves of Pawt. 2 sisters, 3

 

brothers and 4 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held

 

Wednesday at 9 am from the Merrick R. Williams Funeral Home

 

530 Smithfield Ave. Pawtucket with a Mass of Christian Burial at

 

10 am in St. Edwards Church Weeden St. Pawtucket. Burial will be

 

in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery Pawtucket. Calling Hours on Tuesday 5-

 

9 pm
