Benvindo M. Correia, 72, of Bloomingdale Ave. died May 28,

 

2011. He was the husband of Zeferina (Monteiro) Correia and the

 

late Maria (Gomes) Correia.  He was born in Brava, Cape Verde a

 

son of the late Manuel and Joaquina (DeSena) Correia.  He came

 

to this country 34 years ago settling in Pawtucket.  Besides his

 

wife, he is survived by 7 children David, Enrico and Antonio

 

Correia, Benvinda DeBurgo, Joaquina, Orlando and Arlindo

 

Correia.  2 sisters Ivone and Dorothy Correia.  24 Grandchildren

 

and 3 great-grandchildren.  His  funeral service will be held

 

Wednesday at 9am from the Merrick R. Williams Funeral

 

Home 530 Smithfield Ave. Pawtucket with a Mass of Christian

 

Burial at 10am in St. Anthony's Church 32 Lawn ave. Pawtucket.
